We are partners with Master & Master on a couple deals. We were so happy to have actual ownership in a property. Owning the holding company WITH Master & Master is so different than others around. The best we could find for our investments was 10% - 13% secured as a 2nd mortgage. Never was ownership ever offered. No one wanted a non-cash flowing over mortgaged building. Over mortgaged by a 2nd I took on in the boom on my condo conversion. I now couldn't pay the bills and couldn't sell. I contacted MM. They are now my partners. My property cash flows and I have no risk of foreclosure. Thank you Master & Master.

Our investors where heavily invested in a project that the owner had checked out off. We had started foreclosure but the property was over mortgaged.
